Since we work with international fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated Shipping Times:

United States: 7–15 business days

Canada, UK, EU: 10–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Tracking Orders

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping depending on your location and promotion.

Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and import taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 days from the shipping date (60 days for international orders), please contact us at info@starpixcreatives.com  and we will investigate.

In cases where the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Holiday Season Notice

During peak holiday seasons (November–January), processing and shipping times may take longer than usual. Please order early to avoid delays.
